Apartment in Les Carroz

The apartment is on the third floor of the Sabaudia complex. It covers over 57 sq m and is spread on 2 levels with the major living area, double bedroom, bathroom and store room on the ground floor and two double bedrooms on the mezzanine. It will happilly sleep 6 adults, 8 if you want to use the double sofa bed in the living area. The block itself is only a 2 minute walk from the centre, even in ski boots, and has a wonderful view to the west from the balcony. In the summer the balcony enjoys the sun from 3 o'clock onwards and makes a delightful place to enjoy 'al fresco' eating on the table and chairs provided.

The flat is well equipped with Tv, DVD player with in excess of 40 UK DVDs, French TV, stereo CD player with radio, Sony PSone with over 15 games and over 40 UK novels. The Kitchen is fully equipped with full coffee making equipment, electric hob and oven with a full range of pans, dishes and vegetable steamers. It has a microwave, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer section.The dining room table accommodates 6 as standard, but has an extra built in leaf to extend it for eight . The bathroom has a new shower cabine, bath, toilet and hand basin.The flat has its own hot water supply so there is always plenty of hot water. There is a socket for electric shavers. This might need a UK adaptor, of which you will find at least 2 in the apartment.Also in the living area the sofa converts to a double sofa bed..In the hall there is ample storage for coats and shoes, and one of our few stipulations is that we ask tenants not to wear outdoor shoes in the main living area so as to protect the oak floor.
